An Undead Seadramon that swims the Net Ocean seeking Digimon prey, driven solely by instinct despite the loss of its flesh. SkullSeadramon's skeletal state gives it reduced resistance when swimming, enabling it to pursue its quarry relentlessly to any distance at high speeds. Once SkullSeadramon gets ahold of a foe, it coils its long form around it and squeezes the life out of it with Death Roll. Its special move Lightning Javelin launches a sharp electrical shock from the blade atop its head. This attack grows in power the longer it's charged.
